The Golden Jubilee Celebration of NKES VAIDEHI SHISHUVIHAR
22.12.2022, School Auditorium: It was a very special day for the whole school. It was the 50th anniversary of our Pre-school, it’s been half a century of the foundation of the school. So it’s the celebration time. Everyone was very much excited.
The splendid inaugural function was blessed with the presence of the Chief Guest Mrs.Shashikala Rao ( Practising CS and Law) and Guest of Honor Mr. Narayan Rangaraj ( Prof. IEOR IIT Mumbai) along with the Management Members of the NKE Society. President Mr. Parthasarathi Naik, Trustee members Mr. Anant Banwasi, Mrs. Padmaja Anant Banwasi and Mr. Sashikant Joshi , Treasurer Miss Bhawani Bhargav and all the other Committee Members.
The auspicious day of NKES was started with lighting up of lamp followed by prayer.
Principal of NKES Secondary and Jr. College Smt. Uma Maheshwari welcomed the guests. School Strategic Consultant Smt. Saroja Rao gave an introductory speech and explained about the work activities of the institution. The program was presented by the head of the pre- primary section Smt. Vidhya Shanbag
It is a matter of pride that Vaidehi Kindergarten, which started with 15 students, is celebrating 50 years of meaningful service in the field of education and more than 215 students are studying in the KG section. Therefore the Managing Committee of NKES honoured with a gold coin for all those who are serving as teachers and assistants in Vaidehi Sishuvihar. To the greatest of the acknowledgement, the committee also remembered all its ex-staff and honoured them individually.
Then the cultural events started and all our Pre-school toddlers excitedly performed for the various activities and theme (Festival) : Speeches, Dance, Songs, dance performance on various festivals followed by the teacher’s performance.
Chief Guest Mrs. Shashikala Rao addressed the gathering ,all the programs were well executed and closed with the vote of thanks and National Song.
